Pilates Mat and Springboard
Private introductory session to set the groundwork for all classes. We will discuss your goals, I will assess your posture and movement patterns and introduce you to the basic foundations of Pilates exercise:
- good alignment
- core stabilization and control
- the breath
- concentration and body awareness
From this point, I can fine-tune your Pilates exercises to meet your individual needs and improve your overall fitness.
